Japanese (trans.) Kokusai Theater: International Theater was completed in Shōwa 12, and reconstructed in Shōwa 22 after being destroyed by the war. This world-class theater has four storeys, with a steel concrete structure and a total area of approximately 4,000 tsubo. The stage is around 32 ma wide and 16 ma deep, accomodating 5,000 people, which is the biggest accomodation in East Asia. Four times of kichirei dancing performance each year will receive a tremendous amount of funding; the gorgeous view of several hundreds of people dancing attracts people's eyes. It is usual that the theater is filled with guests and tourists. Furthermore, there is an affiliated opera school.
